An intelligent man, Marcus Wesson had become more erratic and deranged as the years droned on. He had been steadily building his family with unusual cult-like rules based on religious teachings of his own conception.

He was a Vampire King. At other times, he was God, or Jesus Christ himself.

He was physically and sexually abusive to his wife, daughters and neices, and believed the more children he brought into the world- the more favor he would hold with the second coming of Christ.

By the early 1990s, he had fathered numerous children within his family, but as the “wives” began to get older, he started to lose control.

His reign of manipulation and terror would come to a screeching halt on a sunny Friday afternoon in March of 2004 with the largest mass murder in Fresno's history.
